Where We Ship

At Elegoo Africa, we are committed to delivering your 3D printers, resins, and filaments across South Africa with speed, transparency, and care. Below you will find the details of our shipping procedures, costs, and timelines.

We offer nationwide shipping to all nine provinces in South Africa. Whether you are in a major metropolitan hub like Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Durban, or in a more remote regional area, we will get your gear to your door.

Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible.

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Major Centres (JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN, PLZ): 2–4 business days.
  • Regional & Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days.

Note: Deliveries are made during standard business hours. While we strive for these timelines, factors like load-shedding at courier hubs or extreme weather may occasionally cause minor delays.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact total will be displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Starts from R99.00 (depending on weight).
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders over R3,000.00, provided the total weight is under 15kg.
  • Oversized Items: Industrial-sized printers (e.g., OrangeStorm Giga) may incur a flat-rate heavy-goods surcharge due to specialized handling requirements.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the risk of loss or damage remains with Elegoo Africa until the package is delivered to you (the consumer) or your designated representative. Once the parcel is signed for, the risk transfers to you.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives with visible damage to the exterior box:

  1. Note the damage on the courier’s waybill before signing.
  2. Take photos of the packaging and the product.
  3. Contact us at info@elegooafrica.co.za within 24 hours so we can initiate a claim and arrange a replacement.

FAQ

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the borders of South Africa.

What happens if I’m not home?
The courier will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
